Acute infections

Pink eye, asthma prescription refills, cold symptoms/URI, dental problems without trauma, sinus infections, stye, urinary tract infections, yeast infections, and bacterial vaginosis.

General primary care

Type 2 diabetes, dysuria, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, hypothyroid disorder, earache, migraine, STI testing and treatment, sore throat/pharyngitis, and urinary tract infection.

Women’s health

Bacterial vaginosis, birth control, urinary tract infections, and yeast infections.

Skin

Fine wrinkles, dark spots, dermatitis, and minor rashes.

Laboratory tests

Blood typing, yearly physical labs, HbA1c, HIV, hepatitis, hormone labs, fertility labs, STD testing, stool testing, and urine testing.

Prescription refills

Refills of established prescriptions, when clinically appropriate.

Urgent-care booking uses ClinikEHR for scheduling, Stripe prepayment, secure form invitations, and live video visits. Weight-management and hormone programs remain separate from this urgent-care booking release.

Focused virtual primary-care support for eligible concerns, follow-up, and established prescriptions when clinically appropriate.

Patient policy

Appointment time is reserved for you.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. For a prepaid $70 urgent-care visit, a late cancellation or no-show retains $35 as the fee, with $35 held as account credit. Timely cancellation leaves $70 as credit; timely rescheduling transfers payment. Please rebook within 30 days of credit issuance, with a replacement visit at the soonest available opportunity within 180 days of original issuance. Unused credit is not forfeited if either window is missed. After 180 days, the clinic makes a good-faith refund effort. An unreturned balance stays recorded as owed without clinic-imposed expiration, subject to applicable refund and unclaimed-property law; a written request after that window results in refund issuance within seven business days of receipt. If Luma cancels or a clinic/platform failure prevents any clinical evaluation, choose a full refund or full-payment transfer, without a no-show penalty. Clinician-ineligibility and legally required earlier refunds remain exceptions. Full terms are shown in ClinikEHR before payment.

Medication costs are separate

Medication typically costs $149–$499 per month and is paid directly to the dispensing pharmacy. This range is not guaranteed and is separate from Luma Wellness program and visit fees.

Telehealth expectations vary

Urgent-care appointments are live video only. Follow the appointment-specific secure instructions and join from a private setting while physically located in California or Florida.

Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM and 3:00–6:00 PM Eastern; Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Eastern. Appointments may be booked as little as 30 minutes ahead when available. Closed on observed holidays.

National Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical experience, currently serving patients in California and Florida.

Her background spans family practice, weight management, internal medicine, hospital medicine, urgent care, addiction medicine, and telehealth, with extensive management of diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, COPD/asthma, and cardiovascular-related conditions.

Cordelia founded Luma Wellness to provide structured, medically supervised weight and hormone care using authentic, brand-name medications and individualized treatment plans built for sustainable, long-term care.

Who is eligible for care?

Luma Wellness’s current age range is 18–74 inclusive. Patients must be physically located in California or Florida at the time of care, and the clinician determines whether telehealth is appropriate.

Do you use compounded medications?

No. Luma Wellness works with authentic, brand-name medications when prescribed and clinically appropriate; compounded alternatives are not used.

Is medication included in the program price?

No. Program pricing covers medical care, guidance, visits, and stated support. Medication is paid separately and directly to the dispensing pharmacy.

What happens after I book?

After booking the $70 urgent-care visit in ClinikEHR, you will receive the appointment confirmation and secure invitations for the required intake, telemedicine consent, and financial acknowledgment. Complete those documents before your live video visit. Payment does not guarantee a prescription or that a concern can be treated through telehealth.

What are your appointment hours?

Appointments are offered Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM and 3:00–6:00 PM Eastern, and Friday from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Eastern. There is no routine buffer between available appointments. The clinic is closed on observed holidays.

Do you accept insurance?

Insurance acceptance and reimbursement eligibility have not been confirmed. Contact the clinic for general billing information before booking; do not assume the listed fees are covered by insurance. This public website does not collect or store card information.

Will my appointment require video?

Urgent-care visits are live-video only. Join from a private setting while physically located in California or Florida. For emergencies, call 911 or seek immediate in-person care.

Which states do you serve?

Luma Wellness currently serves eligible adults in California and Florida. Service and visit-format availability remain subject to clinical appropriateness and current telehealth requirements.
